1-Do a drawing with an orange colored pencil- keep it simple
2-Do another drawing RIGHT ONTOP of it- of something else- with a blue colored pencil.
This is called OVERDRAWING, and when the two drawings relate, like a bird-overdrawn with a cat- overdrawn with a dog- it can have portent or symbolic meaning. The colors you choose are important. The BOLDNESS of your line is important... Are the UNDER IMAGES easily seen? are they slight and kind of secret? Consider the SIZE- do things go from small to large? are they overlapped and confused? can under drawings add information/detail to the overdrawings?
Try to do this AGAIN with 3 or 4 images overdrawn that relate.
